A Remedy For All asks you to find Medicine Bottles across Vatican City. There are a total of 15 bottles to be found in Vatican City, which can be spotted sitting in open medical packs, similar looking to the ones that contain extra bandages.

Borgia Tower Medicine

Requirements: A Nun in Trouble fieldwork

After completing the mystery, you will be given Guiliana's Key, head back down the tower until you find a gap that must be swung across with the whip. When you land, unlock the door in front of you and head forward and to the right around the corner to find the bottle.

Post Office Alley

Requirements: None

Located along the backstreet behind the Vatican Post Office, look for an area patrolled by a Blackshirt and a guard dog. Head to the very end of the street above a cellar entrance to find a bench with the medicine bottle.

Via Di Belvedere

Requirements: None

Traveling from Beldevere Courtyard along the main street toward the Vatican Post Office, take a right by the large door that is initially sealed due to military presence to find a small dead end alley, where the bottle is located on a table by a closed door.

Beldevere Courtyard Tent

Requirements: None

Right by the signpost and large doorway leading down to Via Di Beldevere, enter the Blackshirt's tent to find several pouches of Lira and a Medicine Vial. Toss a bottle by the nearby checkpoint booth to draw the attention of any fascists.

Borgia Courtyard Rooftops

Requirements: None

Head down the road from the Borgia Courtyard and Sistine Chapel to a chapel room under renovation, and climb the scaffolding and swing across the chandelier to reach a high window. Once on the balcony, look to the left across a gap for a small rooftop with a single Blackshirt guarding the medicine vial.

Borgia Courtyard

Requirements: None

Located just to the east of the Borgia Courtyard signpost and entrance to the Sistine Chapel, along a street leading to the Apostolical Palace. Look for an open area with several workers, and a table on the side of the street holds the medicine.

Blackshirt Barracks

Requirements: None

Found in the restricted barracks where you need to rescue Sidney during the A Savage Discovery sidequest, you can infiltrate the tent by climbing the scaffolding to the side of the barracks and using a zipline to enter through a window. After landing, it will be located just to your left by a stairway down to the first floor.

Sewers

Requirements: The Mad Priest Fieldwork

During The Mad Priest sidequest, you'll be given a Sewers Key by Antonio to infiltrate part of the Apostolic Palace. Enter the sewers under the Tower of Nicholas V to find the gate you can unlock, and climb up a large cistern by swinging across to a high ledge. Just past an inscription, you can find stairs leading up to the palace, and the Medicine Bottle at the bottom of the stairs.

Passetto di Borgo

Requirements: None

On the southern side of the Tower of Nicholas V, you can find stairs up to a wall you can climb to reach the Passetto di Borgo leading back to Castel Sant'Angelo. At the base of the wall you can climb up along the stairs, you can find a Medicine Bottle.

Apostolic Palace Entrance

Requirements: None

At the main entrance to the Apostolic Palace by heading through the Borgia Courtyards past the Sistine Chapel, you'll find a large number of Blackshirt guards. Fight past them or sneak in through another route and head to the middle of the room between the stairs to find a medicine bottle on a desk.

Ventura's Office

Requirements: None

On the top floor of the Apostolic Palace is a room of green marble that is Ventura's Office, which overlooks the Excavation Yard below. You can either fight your way in through the guards outside the door, or swing to the balcony by climbing up the scaffolding in the yard. Inside the office, you can find the medicine bottle next to a large bookcase.
